Buy Call of Duty 4 GOTY used, does code work?

Anyone know if the code(for the additional maps) works for a used purchase? In other words, if someone buys this game used and the code has already been entered by the previous owner, can it be used a second time? Or is the code a one time use, thereby basically making this a game you would have to buy new? Thanks!

The code is one time use. You might get lucky though, and they may have not downloaded it. The odds of that happening are slim though.
