According to the playstation blog, Sony has partnered with Edge and Schick to release some special edition shaving products.

Once purchased, you can go to edgeshave.com/ps3 to get your choice of DLC including:

The Killzone 3 retro map pack or 3 unlock points
A Chevy Camaro SS "Edge Special" in GT5
"Sniper-Blast" Power for infamous 2.

I don't shave very much anymore because of my beard, but this looks like it could be a great deal for a lot of people. I'll probably pick up a razor or something for the infamous 2 code. Sorry if it's been posted, I tried to do a search and didn't see anything.

Yeah, exactly. The gels aren't more than a few bucks, and most of us here need it. Nice to have a little bonus in there too.
 
I use only the best shaving gel (Nivea for Men)..Schick has always been a copy cat to Gillette anyways..but I do need some inFamous 2 codes! second day one pick up for me this year probably (which is sad I know..)
 
May have to go for the GT5 Camaro and Infamous 2 power DLC.

The Infamous 2 Power is different from the one from Subway, isn't it?
 
Hmm...I'll pick up some of this for the KZ3 maps...and maybe the unloock points, too. Can you double dip with this offer? (ie buy two of the products and get 2 of the bonuses?)
 
Wow, the first time I read the thread title, I stopped at Infamous 2 since I dont care about the other games. I got excited thinking it was the actual game. That'l teach me to read!

I changed the thread title so it's more obvious now.

I'm not sure if you can double dip, I will likely pick this up tomorrow or Thursday at some point though so I'll try. It also looks like you have to register on edgeshave.com, but you can opt out of e-mails.

No worries token. Infamous 2 will only be my third day one release of the year (MvC3 and DA2). Most of those will come later in the year for me (uncharted, batman, mass effect, etc.)
 
This works for me as this is the shaving cream I use for shaving my head. I wouldn't mind the car and the InFamous DLC. I'm guessing there will be a decent trading section for people who want some but not the others.
 
Perfect I needed some shaving gel soon. Here I come purple camaro ! Rockband dlc sounds good too but I dought id buy enough shaving stuff to get a lot of songs unlike that coke contest before
 
Hmmm, I wonder if the Infamous 2 DLC is worth it. I have absolutely no need for shaving gel since I have a beard and don't shave my head down completely bald. And even if I were to use a razor to touch up, Schick razors cut you harder than the older brother of that Latina girl you were dating.
 
Watch the coupon section of your sunday papers. There are regularly coupons for edge/schick products. It may help save a buck or two on the DLC (er I mean on the shave products...yeah)


EDIT: Just asked the wife to look up Schick coupons (she belongs to a coupon site that runs sorta like CAG...knows what coupons will be out before they're out) She said it looks like this coming sunday 3/20, there will be coupons in the smartsource circular for $1 off the quattro titanium disposable, and $3 off the refillable quattro titanium (which I think are the 2 pictured on sony's blog) anyway, just thought I'd throw that out there for anyone thinking of picking these up for the promotion.

Just a heads-up for those of you who think that Infamous 2 DLC is extra content - the reply to question 9 on the PS Blog says that it's just a power you get through normal gameplay that'll unlock early if you get the DLC.
 
This is awesome. Now I can get cool Infamous and Killzone stuff while at the same time having a silky smooth ballsack. Best of both worlds.

I'm thinking it won't last long if there's a limited supply of codes, especially for the Killzone 3 Unlock Points (those will most definitely be abused).

This worked out GREAT and can be used multiple times. :applause: I love these universal codes when online promotions happen.
 
Worked just fine for me. Grabbed the Killzone 3 maps, the GT5 car, and saved the inFamous 2 code for when that comes out.
