Has anyone bought pre-owned games from Best Buy's website?

I wonder if the game will come with the original box and manual. I imagine it's not guaranteed, but does anyone have any experience with this?

Not guaranteed, but I have had good experiences with the few games I've ordered. I once had a manual missing, but other than that, everything was complete with good condition cases.

 
Good news. I received my pre-owned game order today from UPS and.. original box, manual, and the disc in EXCELLENT condition. Thumbs up to Best Buy
