Yes you can.

The limit only applies to FREE games on the account gained through the PS+ subscription.

FYI for everyone else, if you have any free games as part of your PS+ you will not be able to play them if you do not continue to subscribe.

You're not supposed to have feedback for gameshares. Therefore, you're going to have people who have hosted successfully many, many times (example - me) with no feedback.

Why doesn't anybody ever want to host, anyways?

I dont really think the reason warrants a reply.... I will still give you it. When you host you hold all the risks and this includes making sure you get back 4/5ths what you paid. When I hosted a W@W share I made the account with the content assuming people would just pay (as it was rare), but 2 people never contacted me back. Since i used the code I was stuck looking for people to buy for another 3 weeks.

Most games people want are around 14.99 or 9.99. Now I have never seen a 10 usd psn card in a store and I dont think they make them anymore. This means you either need to buy one off amazon or usd a credit/debit card. They don't make 5 usd ones so for a 14.99 share you need credit card/debit card info. Most people don't want to use that information or they dont have the funds. (recycling cash though paypal endlessly)

So what would you rather do? Pay X cash when asked or make the account, find the cash, hit people up for cash, make sure you dont get screwed and deal with any problems that might arise.

Amazon carries $10 cards that are digital, they give you the code after purchase.
 
Again my paypal account gets limited. Awesome.

EDIT: Got it straightened out. Released my funds which is good.

Protip: When they limit your account, submit all the required documents in ONE GO and call Paypal customer service ASAP. Usually the representative can lift your account when he sees fit. Remember that Customer service representative can lift the limitation but they cannot overturn the ban.
