Can you even share payday? I quote from description in the store One-time license fee for downloads to up to 2 console systems that are associated with the purchasing account. No more than one activated PS3 system within a 24 hour period. Content may not be used by any other account. You must sign in to PSN each time you start the game.

Good catch on that, though like RPG said, it may not mean it still won't be sharable.

Btw, Defiance is so worth $10 it's not even funny. I bought it for $20 the other day and I've been playing it like crazy, it's way more addicting than I was expecting.

If we get enough people interested we can start a CAG GS clan

And that guide seems right. Roughly 200 hours for the plat (friend is at 150 hours and still not done)
