Yeah, this was the issue I was having with the whole thing. I've already got a EU account with £1.28 I feel like I'll never be able to get rid of. Creating a new account for those two games is only something I'd do if there was something else on the list that could zero-out the remaining £3.42. None of the other PS2/PS3 games are appealing, though, and though there's a couple PSP games, those are useless for a Vita without swapping accounts.

Really the only decent way of handling it would be to Paypal somebody in the EU who can set up the account and use their own Paypal/CC to buy the games for the correct amount rather than having to do £5 increments. Not sure if this approach is standard practice, though.

Some publisher recently blamed Sony for not putting games on PSN even though it had been requested that they do so. This was a couple of weeks back, but I can't recall who it was. Soo...may not be a licensing problem.

I can timeshare you the US game+DLC if you'd like. It just means you'd have to re-download the entire game, but the DLC trophy itself takes under a minute.

Surprised you haven't noticed that those free roam missions are all the previous levels rolled into one. Even the tutorial area we went through again last night lol
