Has anybody been having any issues with their primary PS4 account switching at random? I share main accounts with my sister's husband and for the last week or so our accounts have been switching back and forth every few hours. I can switch them right back without issue, but it is getting annoying.

Sometimes when you sign in it will take the activation slot on its own, but it's somewhat rare. Just tell him not to sign in on it.
