Can anyone beat $40 on Skyrim?

I have two games that I'm planning on getting in the near future. One is UMvC3, and I'm pretty much locked into Gamestop there. But more importantly, the other game is Skyrim. My current price is $40 at Amazon (I have $20 credit left over from Gears of War 3). Is there anyone that can beat that, or possibly more importantly, do you think any Black Friday deals will beat that?
 
I'd say no. On Black Friday games that are released between October and Black Friday usually get marked down to $39.99 at best. There are occasional markdowns to $34.99 but I wouldn't hold my breath for that price on Skyrim.
