Can I test my DS and wireless router to see if it worked?

I have with me right now a DS, New SUper Mario and a Wireless router.

Is there anything I can do right now to test and see if I can access online with the DS? I'm getting Mario Kart next week so in the mean time I want to atleast see if I can go online with the DS for now.

you would need a game that can actually connect to the wifi in order to test it, besides that you can head onto the wifi website and check if your router is compatible with the ds

New Super Mario Bros. doesn't have online so there's no way that I know of for connecting to test. However, what you can do is check for your router at http://www.nintendowifi.com/customersupport/supportedRouters.do

Very cool.. Looks like my D-Link DI-624 works for Wifi.

BTW, lots of routers not on that list work with Wifi.

WOW..All I did was change the SSID on the DS to match the router and I'm already playing online.

DS EASY WIFI CONNECTION FOR THE WIN!!!!!!!
