Can we still submit cover art for games in "games and collections?"

I know I've done this before - submitting cover art for some older games in my collection (some PS1 and GBA), but it seems that feature is no longer available or maybe I'm just missing something.

I was trying to submit the correct cover art for Metroid Prime Trilogy (currently has the RP mock-up cover) and for Cabela's Dangerous Hunts 2 for the XBOX (not sure what cover it currently is - either a mock-up or different region)
 
Yes, technically you can. However, once art is submitted, the link to enable the upload disappears. I'll get John to make it more accessible.
 
I had an issue with this today, trying to add the box art for Sky Crawlers. The upload button is there for me to submit, but it just directs me to a blank page without processing the upload.
