Alright, the Americans have a wiki page with all the EB Games trade-in values and I figured we might as well start one for the Canadian EB. It's good reference for if we ever want to sell our soul or maybe take advantage of loopholes in their promos! I'll try and keep the list updated as much as possible.

If you have info to add, please do so in the following format:
*Game Name - $# - Month Day, Year
For example:
*Sonic Mega Collection - $8 - September 29th, 2006.

Group them by system please!

That game fluctuates so much, every couple weeks it drops to like $7 then back up over $8 and just keeps going up and down.

PS3 - Overlord - good for T#1F
PS3 - Shellshock 2 - $7 :<

I had to pay the difference to get Uncharted 2. Oh well shit happens still ended up paying $20 plus taxes less than it would be new.
 
Weird on the phone they told me Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles (Wii) was $13 but in-store I think the girl said $17? What value is correct? The receipt doesn't show.

Either way it's over $8 so it should be good.

Didn't know where to post this and didn't feel like it deserved it's own thread.

I was at Best Buy (Central City) today to pick up Killzone 2. When the lady at the front scanned it, no price came up and the computer said something about not being able to scan used game skus. She called the manager and he said that this copy is for the trade-in promo starting this friday. So I'm guessing there might be trade-ins starting at Best Buy's in the lower mainland this friday. I'm not entirely sure though.

Haha, yeah, totally my bad there. Those three games were PS3 and it was from EB.

Guitar Hero 3 - not in their system? wouldn't scan and the CSR couldn't find it. RFD said it was $21 a few days ago which is why I took it in.

yeah but aren't they also making new UPCs and covers to get around the
Not For Resale label on them? doesn't that have something to do with it not
scanning properly?

She scrolled through a list of xbox games in the computer and couldn't find it. We also checked the shelves to see if we could find another copy to scan but they weren't renting it. I guess I will try another store.
 
EB Games

Call of Duty 2 (360): $8 (The girl couldn't believe this qualified)
Banjo Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts (360): $13 (This actually shot up in value from below $8)
God of War: Chains of Olympus (PSP): $10 (I have no clue how this is holding at $8+)

Did a T3 for Brutal Legend. I think I've pretty much ordered every single thing I wanted on the official list. :)
