PS3... $3.....99

Yup that means NO PRICE CUT!!!

Oh and we dont get neither the supposly bundle that was shown recently with Resistance Fall of Man and Motorstorm.

Yup the plain and vanilly PS3 80gb that has been selling since last year...

Move along nothing to see...
25% off for Wiipoints is not bad at all.
And now we have loading games directly from SD cards. Commence attack on the Wiipoints sales!

Technically it's not 'loading from SD' when it's more of 'temp save onto internal flash and deleting when necessary to load new stuff in order to play'.

ie, it's not a solution but rather a compromise. :p

But regardless, commence wiipoint hoarding!
^Dont think you can do better than 59.99
Where can I get it 59.99? Everywhere is 69.99...

Blockbuster had it for 59.99 and I think superstore has it as well. (I'm not 100% sure about superstore, but I definately saw it for 59.99 at blockbuster yesterday.)

Your forgot support for SDHC, up to 32GB now. :)

Considering the small size of 99.98 per cent of downloadable Wii games, I don't think anything more than 2 or 4 gigs is really necessary. :p

I know that superstore had their cheap asid 2gb SD memory cards (which are actually pretty good quality SD cards made by toshiba) on clearance for like $4. I think for most people, 2gb will be more than enough. This is a way cheaper solution than any add-on harddrive attachment would have been.

The thing is, you can get very cheap HDDs if you look around, for your PS3 of course; and I'm talking about 250 gig HDDs at that. It's the 360 HDDs that are over-expensive since they're proprietary.

But that doesn't really matter since Wii dowloads are never over 40 megs while PS3 downloads can take up gigs of space (not to mention HD media, movies, music etc).
wait what supports SDHC ? :(
The new Wii firmware that was announced and released during GDC yesterday; this allows the system to 'run' games 'from the SD slot', which also supports SDHC cards (which btw, doesn't before).

cool thank you! thats like greatass piece of news! :D i was pretty bitter that the internal was only 512mb and the max was basically 2GB from sd... damn i guess i got pwnd by not buying that 16gb sdhc card boxing day T_T so much for not buying things you think you dont need :p

That SDHC news is great! I have a 4GB card (SDHC, obviously) for my camera that I never use, so time to expand my memory! Unfortunately, I've only had my Wii online since Christmas (got a new router) and only have 3 VC games, so I still have something like 1900 blocks left >_> Cool, nonetheless!

Saints Row 2 and de Blob are pretty tempting at around $40, but I'm already desperate for cash to get Pokemon Platinum and MadWorld >_
no ps3 price drop. I would assume E3.

also, is the Resistance + Motorstorm bundle coming to canada?
It's exclusive to Target in the States.
