My Futureshop credit card went through the washing machine and came out quite unusable, so I called up the customer support line to get a replacement. When I received the card today, it came with a coupon for $25 off my next purchase of $150 or more (just like the coupon you get when you first sign up), to be used by Jan 31/09.
Just an idea, in case any of your cards "go through the wash" as well
