I know this is still expensive but considering Mario and Luigi Partners in Time is usually 49.99 everywhere else this is a friggin' steal.

Cool I want to get this game yet...think I'll wait though till I can get it for around 25$. But is this game a sequel to the GBA one? If so I gotta play that first anyway...

The GBA one is pretty sweet so far. I dont know if it is a direct sequel but I think so.

[Princess Zelda]

The GBA game Mario and Luigi is one of the best GBA games. Really well written and a blast to play as an RPG. One of the best features I thought that made the game a lot of fun was I didn't have to do random battles to level up the Chacters. I don't think you need to play the first one to play the second but the first one is really good.
Mario Kart and Animal Crossing is $39.99 at RCSS also.

Hot diggity, thanks for the tip Princess Zelda - 39.99 is good for Mario Kart (though that game is still expensive as a B).
