Canceling a pre-order @ Gamestop that was part of a deal

So I used the 25PRE code for a number of pre-orders on games. One order was for Super Mario Galaxy 2 and Transformers War for Cybertron. SMG2 has arrived, but if I cancel the pre-order for Transformers will I be billed back the discount difference?

I think this has been answered before, but I can't find it in any of my searches and the deal threads are buried somewhere.
