Canceling preorders at Gamestop?

Do they allow this? I fully paid off Skate for the 360 with a Gamestop card I had trade credit on. Are they generally ok with this? I'm interested in getting something else instead and waiting on skate.

If not just get Skate, then return it

If your gonna get something else, go there and say you want to transfer the credit to another reserve (if it's a game that is not out yet) or just say you want to cancel the reserve and get w/e it is you want in the store. If none works, just cancel the reserve and get the money back. It's easy as cake.

Keep in mind that if he used trade credit, he'll get trade credit in return.

Like he said though, just cancel it and throw it on another reservation or something in-store.

You can just put the credit on an edge card.

you can tell them you want to cancel your pre-order. sure, it hurts their numbers, but it's gamestop. who cares/
