I can't decide whether I want this or not. If it's anything like the Chibi Robo, I'll get pissed off at the stagnation around halfway through the game and quit. On the other hand, they're using old characters who are awesome and playable and there will be rainbows, superheroes, and cheesy music.

If I had to, I'd say that it looks like one part Animal Crossing, one part mini-game compilation, a dash of action-adventure style battling, and a pinch of Okami (Shows a bit in the art style at times).

I agree that the Captain is near the top but let's give Project HAMMER its due. We'll never know how amazingly good it really was. All we can say is that public safety concerns kept it off shelves and its awesomeness supposedly made a playtester's eardrums burst. Seriously.
 
This game actually came out. It earns fifty more points based on that criteria alone.

Plus, Project HAMMER was going to have an extremely cheesy commercial. We'd all be infested with early 90s rap and terrible fashion sense.
