Case and PSU Recommendations?

So I was finally able to get my PC from Texas to Seattle, but since I didn't like my old case (way too big) I just brought the parts with me.

I have:

Full Size ATX MOBO

GTX 460

CD/DVD Drive

2TB Hard Drive

I think I looked it up and I need between 400 and 500W of power.

I am looking for the smallest case possible to fit an ATX MOBO and the GTX460.

I was looking at these cases:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811144231

(I think this will fit it and it comes with a power supply)

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119258

(I like this one, but the PSU it comes with is like useless for me I think given how much power I need, so I'd feel like I was wasting money)

I want to lay the computer on its side and spend as little as possible on case and PSU.

Any advice would help!

I would stay away from that Apevia case.  You're putting it in your living room, right?  To get enough cooling, you have to add two fans and it is pretty loud with those.

How much room do you have in your tv stand?  This isn't the smallest case, but it's not as deep as the ones you mentioned:

Here's another one and it's only $20 after rebate!

Neither of those have vents on the right side, so you can lay them on the side if you use some small stands (tuna cans )

edit: this might be helpful too:

Hmmm, sound is a concern.  I'm not putting on the media center anymore, but's going to go in a small secretary desk in the living room so I do want something that isn't as loud.  My old one was super loud and it was an Antec that was supposed to be quiet so I don't know about the Antec.  I know it's a good brand, but my experience wasn't as good with them.

I'm a Corsair fan... I have the Corsair 540 Air.  In my opinion, hands down one of the best cases on the market.  I tied that with a Corsair RM850  fully modular PSU.  It's a great combo.
