It's basically a little plastic chip with some foil on it. It doesn't even touch the phone's antenna. Like I said, I don't see why anybody would think it would work in the first place.

It was a cheap thing that somebody came up with to take advantage of people who don't know how phones and antennas work. I'm sure they made a ton of money.
