I'm trying to change my profile picture to the current pic of my Live Avatar.
I have a picture in png format that is the same exact size as my current pic, but I can't get it to save. I've tried checking the box on the upload page to delete my current pic and then upload the new one via the form and I get a message saying the upload has failed. I then stored it online at a location and tried to update using the URL and it still said upload failed.
Any suggestions?
