Cheap 360 controllers?

Does anyone know what the best deal is on a wireless 360 controller with or without the play and charge kit. I would like to spend no more than $40. However, the best I can find is 50.

I would check craigslist for club bing people selling their 360 controllers. You'll usually find them selling for $30. You can also try doing it yourself, but you sure do need patience.
