Cheap ass External Dual Layer DVD Burner?

I was wondering if someone could direct me to a good, cheap DL DVD Burner.

I would prefer external, but in another thread I saw I could get an internal one and then an enclosure for it with USB.

I'll take that if someone can direct me to the right kind of enclosure.

thanks, but i decided to resurrect and old cpu.

I had 512 ram layin around so I uprgraded the memory. It's only Windows 98 but with the internal I chose its basically going to be a plug & play deal.

I'm sure I could have done better on the price, but I got it with a rebate Visa I got from Cingular today, and its alot better than any of the DVD Burners I have now.

I appreciate the help, and if you know anywhere for cheap DL DVD+R's I'd be much obliged.
