Hmm... www.boardgamegeek.com scores for these don't look that good - not that I'd have anybody to play these with/against anyways.

But seriously, have a look at the best rated games there if you're at all interested in the hobby.

Didn't come across that way at all. I've only played a few of the games on that list - ones ranked at 6-7 stars on BGG - and I'd agree with those rankings. There's no Puerto Rico or Settlers of Catan on that list, but there are some fun, beer and preztel style games for a rainy day. I've had great fun with Monsters, for example.

I just threw this up in case someone's been mulling over getting any of these (I've been meaning to pick up my own copy of Monsters for a while), they can get them cheap.
