Why don't you just buy the bubble wrap and 9*12 envelopes seperately? You can get a ton more for that price.

I also sell baseball cards and thinner envelopes = bad news for those. Regardless, I don't want to have to add a bunch of steps into the process. I would rather throw my item in the bubble mailer and be done with it quick and easy. Plus, the bubble mailers I just bought came to about 11 cents apiece, and even your method would only be saving me a few pennies on each item.

pretty sure sams club is cheaper still. Cost me like 5.50 for 25 8.8 by 12's.
