Cheap but good auto GPS

Looking for a something like the Garmin Nuvi 350 but cheaper, basically want good reception and voice prompts with street names

I have a MIO C310X. It was 199 new. It has good reception, a touch screen, and voice prompts.

You aren't going to find a good "cheap" unit that voice prompts the street names.
