Cheap Disney BDs at Big Lots

Stopped by Big Lots over the weekend and found a few decent Disney blu-ray deals:

• James and the Giant Peach (BD/DVD) - $8
• Prince of Persia - The Sands of Time (BD/DVD/DC) - $8
• Race to Witch Mountain (BD/DVD/DC) - $8 (this is also $6.77 on Amazon)

Also found:

• Sanctum (BD) - $4.XX

All of these were blind buys for me, and there was an extra 20% off for rewards members (though that might have been valid Saturday only).

Speaking of Disney Blus, just now saw Amazon has Hunchback of Notre Dame 1-2 combo for $19.96 at the moment, from a price drop (was $25).

Very slim pickings at 2 stores I went to.

The only Disney blus I found left in store were:

Treasure Buddies (Most had Slipcovers)

The Santa Clause 3

Sky High

I Am Four

Oh well, Didn't find what I went for.

Usually I am nitpicky about that but if I can find it for $5 its still a good enough deal to bite. I think the only other one I have like that is Lion King

OP do you go to your local Big Lots a lot? Those Disney titles you listed as well as the ones others are mentioning were part if their Black Friday sale last year. I'm wondering if there are just leftovers you're seeing.

Trying to think if any of those are worth a trip to Big Lots.

Anyone remember visiting Big Lots in the 80s and insane discounts they'd have on actual closeouts?  I remember buying packs of Garbage Pail Kids stickers for 5 cents a pack.

They are BDs. I believe they were still $8.

i checked my local Big Lots hoping they might have Toy Story and all they had was Camp Rock, one copy of Race to Space Mountain, and a slipcover for Mars Needs Moms..
