Cheapass ice skates?

For those of you living in Manhattan, they just installed an ice rink in Bryant Park for the season. Now me, I happen to love ice-skating, and the great thing is, the rink is free. Skate rental, however costs money.

Anyone got any thoughts on how to score a cheap (and I do mean CHEAP) pair of ice skates?

I got a pnice pair at Play it Again Sports for $25, it was in Ohio though. They wer eused too, but work great they are CCM.
