Saver only applies to Pre-Owned games, not New. However he could add a cheap PO game, use Saver, and get something for his $1.99
 
there arn't that many good preplayed games under 1.90... even if i chose something about 3.99.. i'd be paying an extra 2 bucks for a game that i'd only play once... and thats all sticky... and slimy.. and germy.. IMO of preplayed stuff

From what I gather from reviews, it's more or less a port of Wrath of Heaven, with some limited extra content (Xbox Live play, cutscenes, better textures)
