Yeah, RCA cables don't come in optical. Either you aren't explaining it properly or you need to go do a little more research on exactly what kind of audio cables your system needs. What are you trying to connect together?
$0.77 each plus shipping. Snag three of 'em and you should be good to go. That'll take care of what you need (one for the Front L&R, one for the Back L&R, one for Center and sub).
[quote name='aaronmills']After reading the description I think you can just use regular RCA cables. Back before the Optical and Coax days that's what I had to use.
Just get three RCA cables (the cables that have both red and white composite ends on them).

Awesome. If someone can just confirm this and give me a link for a coupler that would be awesome.
I'm assuming you're connecting this to your computer?
If so, then you have 2 choices.
1) buy 3 1/8" mini to 1/8" mini stereo cables and 3 1/8" mini-to-RCA converters (look on this page for "6 Inch 3.5MM (Mini Stereo) Y Adaptor 3.5MM" http://www.trianglecables.com/35minsterplu.html).
Basically the difference is whether or not the plug conversion is done already inthe cable or if you will do it on your own via a converter. Search the Radio Shack website and you will also find the appropriate converters. I'd recommend (2) as the cabling is much simpler and cleaner, so long as the length of the cord will be sufficient.
