Circuit City has Chili Con Carnage for $19.99 right now which is $10 bucks less than it's selling everywhere else. This is the reimagined PSP port of Total Overdose which was originally released for the PS2 and Xbox. Much of the game has been redesigned and the bulk of story has been changed so it's not the same game as Total Overdose.

I picked up a copy yesterday from BB for $14.99 after price match and GP coupon. YMMV on the BB $14.99 though.
