Nice package deal from Circuit City I found. You get this 42" Panasonic Plasma TV (usually $999, which is on sale for $799) and an Xbox 360 Arcade for $899. So you are getting $100 off a TV that's already on Sale or an Xbox 360 Arcade for $99. I like to think of it as the latter. 
If you don't already have an HDTV (or need a second one) and are looking for an Xbox 360 Arcade, this is a good buy.
