I picked up World Series of Poker 2008: Battle for the Bracelets today for 19.99. It's actually pretty good. IGN gave it a 7.9/10 (for what it's worth).

Couldn't find any TC at the Altoona CC, but I did find Import Tuner Challenge, one of my wants. They did have one copy Marvel: UA for Wii for 16.96, but I passed on it.

Yes, Genji is 19.96 (I picked up one today in-store). I think that other poster confused the 16.96 price with the older clearance games that are still available.
 
Wow, just scored a copy of Elite beat agents for 8.96 at my local CC. It was marked for 29.99 right in the open and in one of those big plastic boxes with the sensors so it wouldn't be stolen. Just got a DS so my collection is slowly growing.

Yes, as already mentioned, Tomb Raider Anniversary is 11.74 on their website and the same price in-store, where I purchased it.

I'm hoping that they include the clearance games again with the 25% cool deals promo for Sunday's ad.. then return and get price adjustments. Anyone else have an opinion on this? It's always worked before, to the best of my knowledge.

Searched Dallas, Plano, and Frisco CCs today looking for Excite Truck, Trauma Center, and Earth Defense Force, and only found one copy of EDF, which I bought.

I think I've bought 20 games in less than 2 months after getting the card.

I wonder if they are talking multiple copies of the same game.

I got one the other day in my bag when I bought something. It's the usual excludes-everything-you-wanna-buy CC coupon. No game hardware, software, movies, music, etc., etc. With the long list of exclusions on it, you can pretty much only use the coupon on non-discount brand tvs. :roll:

When you join the Gamer's Club you get a pamphlet and inside it has a few coupons one of which is save 10% on video & PC games etc. I think what must have happened is this guy got flagged for using this coupon too many times. He's not refering to be flagged for using the actual Gamer's Card.
 
Circuit city doesnt red flag people for that shit. I work there and we have this dooshbag ebayer who comes in all the time raiding our clearance area and uses his card and he gets away with it. The CSA was just being a total tool. use thoes coupons all you want. hell I do it alot too just so i can shaft old CC in the ass every chance i get.

I got an Excite Truck but didn't find Trauma Center for the Wii. I did find the DS version at $16.96. Is the Wii version significantly better in any way, besides being on a bigger screen?

I haven't gotten very far into the Wii version (maybe 2 operations), but I damn near finished the DS version. I would say using the stylus just feels more precise, and I definitely enjoyed the hell out of it. Aside from the maddening difficulty...
 
it was some black shirt cc employee that said i had been 'redflagged.' i went back there today and spoke another blackshirt and he told me that i've been redflagged b/c i've price adjusted a crap load of games.

I was speaking hyothetically.

I haven't actually been redflagged.

The Gamer's Card is worth it for 2 reasons.

1. Circuit City has clearance games all the time so I would definitely buy there.

2. CC gets brand new games and offers $10 gift cards during the first week of release.

Since they naturally a good place for these games, why not take the extra 10% off?
