How is it. I may buy a set of earbuds from them and am wondering if mine break in lets say six months, will they replace them or if they don't have the ones i bought in store just give me a gift card. I have never had any experience with an insurance policy through the big box stores. My friend had one on his 360 and bestbuy just gave him a giftcard when his broke for the amount and he got an elite.
