I use Plasti-Kleen at work($10 at Office Depot)

For my home Tvs, just a microfibre cloth...no solution but its pretty cheap regardless of what you pick up.

I have this. It works great on my laptop as well as my HDTV. Good customer reviews + cheap shipped price = best deal, other than waiting 3 weeks for it.

For "I want it now", if your Big Lots stocks like mine, you can find this in the electronics aisle for about $7:


They're both good (I bought them both when I went LCD-clean-crazy a few months ago). The only thing I would suggest is to read the reviews about the more expensive gel consistency ones from Monster and other high-end companies. From the sounds of it, they have to be buffed into non-existence before the streaks go away. I'm not a fan of working like that...
