I was sadly at 590 points for a while, but just noticed they've added a few post-play surveys available to take. They're worth 10 points each, so I just got bumped up to the 600 Platinum status! Thanks again muzras for the generous pointage, I wouldn't have gotten platinum without you. I can't wait to see what I get...

Wow I didn know so many people were after these, I got 800 points real fast from a buddy working at GS he scoured their used game section for me and got me tons of codes from diffrent wii and ds games, Ill ask him to do the same for me again and try and post some codes here soon for you guys. Just posting this to save this thread in my subscribed threads

OK, I scoured the thread rather quickly, and didn't see an answer to my question... .

What are these codes used for? What is the advantage to registering these codes? Does anybody have a link where I can figure out what all the hoopla is about?
 
Anyone else still having trouble with the site? It is still as glitchy as day one for me. I tried to enter two codes today (one via Fire Fox and one via Internet Explorer). Both took the codes and then gave me the quiz. As soon as I completed the quiz and hit "finish" the browser sits for minutes at a time and eventually times out. Then when I try to do the quiz again it says I have already done it, but it didn't give me the points! What a bunch of bull this whole club Nintendo is!

So do only 1st party games have these codes or is there a certain list on a website to see if I have a game with a code in it? I'm not about to check all the nintendo games I own,but may have codes that I won't be using

Ok, so I happen to have some spare Club Nintendo codes. I would like to trade for other Club Nintendo codes, but they most likely won't get put in until this year's Club Nintendo resets, since I'm stockpiling coins for next years prizes since I've already gotten what I want from this years Club Nintendo.

Also, the codes came from used games, so they may or may not work. It will most likely be trial and error. I'm looking for other Club Nintendo codes, Wii points, or other gaming related things.

Because a friend of mine gave me a code of his and I didn't bother ask what it was;once I entered the code it said game already registered.So can I trade this code(once I find out what game its from) or has it become invalid because I entered it (even though I gained nothing from it)

It will not register it if you have teh game registered already and it will still keep teh code registerable if never registered.

Teh registration code will not be invalidated/used, but if it was used and you do not have teh game registered it will come up as registered/used if someone registered it.

Sounds like your friend might of gave you an already reg'd code or someone did not realize that teh code wuz reg'd alreadyz.

NO, it is still fresh and can be used if never reg'd beforez.

sounds like it was registered already, you did not invalidate it. Do not trade it because you would be scammingz teh receiverz. and that is not fairz.

Oh ok thanks for the info...I assumed it meant I already registered the game that the code came from,not the other way around (that the code has already been used by someone else)..I'm still hoping that is the case but I'm not really sure if I'll ever find out since the code came from the friend of a friend.

I have 2 copies of New Super Mario Bros. I used one code and earned 30 coins. I don't remember which code but I do have the code, PM me and I will give you the code. Tell me if it has been redeemed already (by me, obviously). If not, I'm sorry... I somehow can't locate another copy of this with another code

Edit: someone PMed me and tried that code, already redeemed, so that code was the same code I used. However if I happen to locate another copy of this, I'll contact the same user that asked me for it.
