actually i've never registered a game for coins, but say i traded a coin code to someone, and they already used it, can i then use it?

Quick question that I cannot seem to find the answer to, what happens to coins at the end of the Club Nintendo year? Do they rollover?

Considering that a 50 coin code is in a $50 game... $2.50 isn't bad at all.
