Clubhouse Games at a good price?

I waited for a while and i am looking for a good deal on Clubhouse Games (better then $25) if anyone knows a store that has this on the cheap i would appreciate it.

One store has one copy, you have to call them to order it, which is a good thing. You can ask them over the phone if it's complete or cart only before ordering.
