Collectors Lowball! bids updated and invoices being sent out

So since the auction ended at 11:00 but banjo kept bidding me up, which of my winning bids for Ar Nosurge will be the one you go off of? The $27 one placed at 11:00, or the $31 placed at 11:02?

thats just how lowballs go. sometime you have great ones, and sometimes you just have some horrible ones, but what really went wrong with this one (in my opinion) is that the timing. like, really, fourth july is around the corner and you have a couple cons happening too.

 
i will continue shipping either today or tomorrow. I shipped out half the packages already and i have two shows with my band today and tomorrow, so it will get done between them
