Compaq Presario V6133CL any good?

I was at costco today looking at laptops. One of them was a compaq presario v6133cl, and for 900 bucks, the specs were:

AMD Turion 64 X2 (1.6 ghz)
2048 MB of ram
120 gig hdd
geforce go 6150
15.4 inch wide screen
8x dvd burner

So I was if this was a good laptop? I also wanted to know how much better the geforce go 6150 is compared to something like the intel integrated video, and will the computer be able to handle something like half-life 2?

I will be using this laptop mainly for school, but it would be nice to play some games like half life 2 or max payne 2. So do you guys think it is a good buy?

I got dell labtop with core 2 duo with similar setup for a little more after coupon.

I dont think the 6150 Go can handle HL2, framerate will be unplayable, probably even when you scale down the details and resolution. But HL2 isnt meant to be played that way

For $900, that seems like a fair laptop. The 2GB of RAM looks nice, Vista will love it. I think other than not being able to play graphic intensive games on the laptop, it'll probably do everything else you need it to do.
