Computer Problem. Help?

I use WinPatrol to keep an eye on things, and I've been getting two alerts pretty constantly this morning. I took two print screens of the errors. Could someone tell me if it's a big deal, or if I should just go ahead and click to accept the changes? Any help is really appreciated.

I wasn't sure how to attach the screen caps, so I just uploaded the .doc file to RapidShare.

How about describing the problem instead of asking us to download a file from your INFECTED computer?
