Holy shit, I'm moving to Tokyo in three weeks!
There's no way I can bring all my stuff with me, so one lucky CAG is going to win 30+ games and a bunch of shwag (E3, TGS, etc.).

Simply post in this thread for a chance to win.
You must post something about Japan, winning my games, or what you would like to see me do (for your amusement) once I am living in Tokyo.

You may post as often as you wish, but that WILL NOT increase your chance of winning. One account/entry per person. You must be over 18 (or have your parents permission upon winning to receive M rated games) and in the continental US to be eligible to win. Winner will be chosen at random. Contest ends on or about 10/24/05.

Why am I moving to Japan?
Mrs. CheapyD got a great job and it requires us to move to Tokyo. Its basically an offer we can't refuse. I will still be able to run CAG from Japan and now I will be able to work on CAG full time. You can also likely expect new additions/features and possibly a new CAG sister website as I become Your Man In Japan.
Fear not! The focus of CAG will always be cheap video games.

Grats in the whole japan thing, Cheapy.

When you're in japan, put a face mask on and run around screaming "Poultry or whatever the hell it's called flu, Run away!!!"

Or!

Sneeze on someone and yell "Infected!!!!" and run away clucking.
 
How could you possible live in Japan? I'd think they'd be afraid you'd crush their cities, Godzilla Style.

Asians are small, right? That's why they lost the way, I hear.
 
i would like to see cheapy eating out a whole sushi buffet and taking up sumo wrestling.. awesome!

I wanna go to Japan, too! Don't know if I'd ever be able to afford to live there, but I'm sure you'll have a great time there!

Oh, and go to Tokyo Disneyland!
 
Enjoy the culture and people of Japan. Play games we will never see here in the
USA. No need to worry about M rated games since they design games for adults and the people are well versed in video games enough to buy age appropriate games for their children.
 
I want you to find sheet music to Hoshi No Suna (probably spelled wrong) by Gackt. Because then my girlfriend will stop asking me to fid it for her (which I can't).

good day. I would love it if you would help me get lots of japan products(games, manga, pocky) when in Tokyo. Also i like see you be in sumo wresteling match too, sep you don;t need to fatten up, cuz the skinner you are, the funnier it will look :)

I think the coolest part of the move is that it's a job for his wife. It's gotta be nice being married to a woman that can support you (instead of the other way around, like me).
 
I know why you are moving to Japan. That's so you can get all those great Japanese only games and gloat about it over all the rest of us poor saps stuck in the US.
 
I would like to see you race in a r34 at one of those downhill battles, or find us some pictures of hot japanese girls. Or go to one of those race tracks to drift!!!!!!
 
I wanna go to Japan real bad, post some pics and tell everyone how it is, and how hard would it be to get around if you dont know any japanese.

Congrats, Cheapy! If no one has mentioned this, please compete in one of those MXC/Takeshi's Castle-style gameshows filled with wacky physical challenges for our amusement...it would be a blast to see a Westerner up in the mix doing the Log Drop or the Rotating Surfboard of Death.
