Copying from USB to Xbox HDD?

I should know the answer to this but I don't.

Is it possible to copy video files from USB to the Xbox?

I downloaded Louis CK from the Beacon Theatre yesterday and I'd like to watch it full screen from the hard drive. I know I can watch it from the USB stick (in High definition!) but I have several other MP4 files that I'd like to copy over and don't want to have swapping files over from my pc to usb to xbox. The USB stick only has a 2gb capacity.

Don't think so. Just get a new USB stick snce they are pretty cheap

I think that's the way to go, I've just spotted a 16gb stick for £9.

Or download windows media center and watch movies from your comp to your xbox. Dunno if they kept that on the dash haven't checked

That's another reason I want the files elsewhere.. I only have a 160gb hard drive on the laptop.
