I found it for 43ish shipped from YesAsia.com. PlayAsia and LikSang are both 50$ and PlayAsia has shipping on top of that.

It was a launch title in Japan, and Nintendo has announced for release for quite some time but it has gotten less and less coverage and has kind of disappeared from the news cycle.

Even so, you there is virtually no language barrier so you might as well import it. Since music game sequels differ only in songlists you'd probably be okay buying both the domestic and import. The game has a lot of Japanese language songs that wouldn't be on an American songlist anyway.
