YMMV-Your miles may vary meaning since it's open box its not promised you will get the online pass and B2K map packs

No way the single player is worth $30. The online pass is required to play on LIVE/ PSN, it's kind of important.

The online pass costs $10. I was able to get a free one from EA because I wanted to play online with my one copy of the game on both PS3's I own (and had some trouble for whatever reason on the second one I tried to use it in).

That sounds more like Call of Duty in my experience (unless you're talking about sniper rifles/shotguns at close range).
