Bought Ticket to Ride, but don't see any email for the promo credit.

How long should I wait before I contact them?

I never got an e-mail. The $5 off credit just showed up in the checkout screen when I bought something.

If you don't get it, you can try contacting their support via chat. Maybe they can credit you the $5 or give you a refund.

Originally the promo said it lasts until March 31 which is why I waited, but having noticed the not available, I luckily didn't go for it.

There have been a few other promos that have ended earlier than expected. Best not to wait to get the credit. Especially free money offers like this. I'm sure there will be a next time.
