Dead Space 2 Soundtrack $4.99 on iTunes

It's supposed to retail for $9.99, but for some reason is $4.99 on the iTunes store. If you search "Dead Space 2" on iTunes, it shows up as a pre-order for $9.99, but actually clicking the link shows it as only $4.99, and so does the actual page:

Actually wish this was on amazon mp3 for the same price. have a credit there I need to use. It's $5.99 on amazon.

Getting an error when clicking the link: "Not available in the US". a search on the itunes store for 'Dead Space 2' brings it up, though
