Deadliest Catch: Alaskan Storm xbox 360 - Amazon DotD $12.99

Best price I have seen for it. It almost inched its way down there a few weeks ago, but usually has stayed ~$25. Definitely not for everybody, but fans of the show and those who enjoy slower paced sim type of games might like it for $13.

Currently shipping in 2-3 weeks, so might sell out soon. It's an older game so not sure how much stock is still out there.

I have my $10 amazon local gc still. Would make it $8 total for me. I heard this one is a step back from the first game. Anyone played it? If so how is it?

Actually, this is the first game. The second game "sea of chaos" was from a different developer and was reviewed slightly better on IGN, but worse on gamespot. Metacritic is higher for alaskan storm, but has fewer reviews on sea of chaos, so hard to tell which is supposed to be better. The main complaints seem to be how it takes so long to actually string the pots and do the tasks, so there is a lot of waiting around and can get boring after a while. Never played either, but they're sitting in my backlog.

The TV series is now free on amazon prime.
