Is it a deal if its a bad game that shouldn't be bought for more than $10?

I'd say it's worth about $20, maybe $25 if you're a Deadpool and/or general comic book fan. It reminded me a lot of Lollipop Chainsaw in that it had a lot of atmosphere but the game play was pedestrian and generic. Shipwreck did a review and the recommended buy price was $30.

It's also $30 at Best Buy, which Amazon PMs on a regular basis.

This game shouldn't be worth more than $5. The comedy and dialogue is great but the gameplay is horrible. Wait until black friday b/c this will most likely be a $5 or $10 deal.

I bought the Wolverine game from GameFly years ago for somewhere between $10 and $15. I'll wait for a similar price on this.

I'd say $20 is the price threshold for most people who are interested in the game, but if you really—really, love the Deadpool character and/or X-Men comics, I think paying $30 is probably fine.

Just last week the Amazon Gold Box had this at $25 and I can honestly see this going for $10-15 in about a month.
