Deal on Dreamcast?

I was going through my local craigslist and found this:

Sega Dreamcast - $45
I have a Sega Dreamcast that I want to get out of the house. Come with 2 contollers, memory card and 6 games (4 sports a role playing game and a fighting game).

I contacted the seller to inquire about condition and titles and this is the email I got back:

The games and console are
in great condition. No problems whatsoever.
Actually, I havn't even used it since I got my PS2 a
year and a half ago.

He didn't say anything about the game titles. Is it worth the 45 or should I haggle? All opinions appreciated.
 
that probably depends on the games, I'm pretty sure EB sells DC's for like $15-20.
There are some really crappy games that are barely worth $2.
 
find out the names of the games, i got my DC for 15 bucks at eb and it came in pristine condition as if it was never even used. 4 sports titles makes it seem that the majority of the games included are crap. What RPG and fighting, if sould caliber that might mean something but i would still haggle.
 
I've found two different Dreamcast systems (complete) at the Goodwill for $10 each. I find games for $2-3. Doesn't sound like a great deal to me...unless the titles you are getting are rare/valuable.
