Dealing with a new eBay seller...

But the seller is unregistered on paypal! The status on my payment is 'unclaimed' and can be cancelled... his item had pictures so i had supposed everything would be fine. Should i let this go through or would cancelling be the better thing to do?? #

CANCEL...just to be safe.

You really should provide more details. Considering if it was a game, the ONLY payment allowed by ebay now is paypal. So, he'll have to register regardless if he wants his money.

So then what are you concerned about? You could get your money back at any time for up to 45 days, wait a bit for the seller to register/ figure out paypal.
